Items will not be shipped unless payment has been made in full.
Coffee is roasted Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week with the exception of public holidays on those days and Easter, Christmas and New Year holidays.
Coffee will be shipped after roasting and should arrive overnight after the roast days but delivery in some cases can take an extra day.
Coffee is generally not shipped out Monday, Friday and weekends.
If you require an urgent delivery please place your order before 9am on roast days.
Should the item you request not be in stock we will contact you and offer you something similar.
Deliveries within New Zealand are shipped via Courier Post and please contact us if your coffee is not delivered within a reasonable time frame so we can trace it for you.
Coffee Lab Store is not responsible for any customs or duty charges on items shipped internationally. All local orders (New Zealand) will be shipped via NZ Post. All international orders are shipped via NZ International Economy Air Mail, or registered Air Mail at the buyer's expense.
All orders will only be shipped to the credit card holder's address due to security concerns. If there are any delays in delivery, Coffee Lab Store will notify the buyer immediately or within a reasonable time frame of being notified of the delay. Coffee Lab Store and its subsidiaries do not guarantee any delivery times on dispatched orders.
