Coffee Lab began from a passion for roasting excellence and quality fresh coffee in 2002. Coffee Lab is a 100% independently New Zealand owned Roasting Company and on-site cafe.

We roast only the finest quality beans. Each batch is carefully profiled and hand sorted with the expert eye of the Coffee Lab team to remove any bean defects and guarantee a good coffee.
Kristiane McGregor is the 2010, 2013 and 2015 New Zealand Coffee Cup Tasting Champion. She placed 4th in the 2015 World Coffee Events Cup Tasting Championship in Gothenburg and 6th in the 2013 World Coffee Events Cup Tasting Championship in Nice, France. What a legend!
Anna McGregor has also won the New Zealand Roasting Championship title.
