35gm of coarse grind specialty coffee, fill with water at 98 degrees, a very brief stir, infuse 4 minutes, plunge away then serve. We recommend of course Single Origin Specialty Coffee.
This is an excellent way to explore the unadultered flavours of the finest of each coffee process, growing region and country of which there are so many.
If you like milk the coffee can be made with half the water and then add hot milk to half your cup or to taste as you wish. Also great with cream!
