Terms and Conditions

PRICING & PAYMENT

All pricing listed is in NZD (NZ Dollars) unless otherwise expressly stated.

All pricing is current at the time of ordering and can be subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee that product description and pricing are accurate or error free.

Pricing includes GST (Goods & Services Tax), and excludes any shipping & handling charges unless otherwise stated. GST is only applicable for goods sold within New Zealand. If you are purchasing from overseas, the GST content is removed before payment. Payment is accepted via credit card services hosted by DPS payment solutions (NZ) at checkout.

All credit card details and information are encrypted and are not held by Coffee Lab Store. If you would like to pay via direct funds transfer or internet banking please contact sales@coffeelab.co.nz to arrange for this.

All customer information is held privately under the Privacy Act (1993) and will not be distributed to anybody outside of our organization.  

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Items will not be shipped unless payment has been made in full. If the item ordered is in stock and available, we will dispatch these within 3 working days. If by chance there is an error in the stock levels and your item is not in stock, Coffee Lab Store will contact you immediately and refund your payment if you cannot find a suitable replacement.

Coffee Lab Store is not responsible for any customs or duty charges on items shipped internationally. All local orders (New Zealand) will be shipped via NZ Post. All international orders are shipped via NZ International Economy Air Mail, or registered Air Mail at the buyer's expense. All orders will only be shipped to the credit card holder's address due to security concerns. If there are any delays in delivery, Coffee Lab Store will notify the buyer immediately or within a reasonable time frame of being notified of the delay. Coffee Lab Store and its subsidiaries do not guarantee any delivery times on dispatched orders.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All sales are final, and Coffee Lab Store reserves the right to inspect all faulty products before deeming them appropriate for replacement. If you have a defective item, we will first endeavour to replace it under our obligations under the Consumers Guarantees Act before issuing a refund. Goods may be exchanged by notifying the store within 48 hours of receiving the item, if returned unused in original state and packaging. Coffee Lab Store reserves the right to deny such exchanges if the item appears to have been used not in accordance with instruction or handled inappropriately.

No refunds or returns due to change of mind. Please select your items carefully.

All returned/exchange items are shipped to Coffee Lab Store and back to the buyer at the buyer's expense. Coffee Lab Store and its subsidiaries accept no responsibility for any damage to the product whilst in transit. Coffee Lab Store will inspect all product before dispatch to ensure the order is correct and items are in good order.
