From the Nicaragua Cup of Excellence program comes this rare and outstanding coffee from the Santa Gema Farm scoring an incredible 87.53/100 from the international jury panel gaining it 10th place in the national competitions.  Experience the delectable crisp citrus acidity with chocolate, caramel & pear flavours with an amazing pink grapefruit finish. Roasting this coffee was amazing as it had an explosive first crack, huge expansion and intense cupping flavours.
