Review
This is a delicate, gently bright coffee with dry blackcurrant notes expanded to cocoa, orange flavours in the cup. The body is light, but the mouthfeel is gently lively, almost effervescent. Clean, rich finish with impressive flavor persistence, particularly of the orange/cocoa notes.
Coffee excellence in El Salvador is related directly to the country's hills, mountains and volcanoes. Most of the coffee in El Salvador grows along the Central Plateau in volcanic areas of the highlands located between 1,500 and 4,500 feet in altitude. They include, for example, areas such as La Palma in Chalatenango,Chingo volcano, El Blsamo Coast, Jucuarn, Osicala, Periqun, Metapn.
I was really confused, and this answered all my questions.
